Srdjan Marinovic is a computer scientist and technology leader with a track record in secure, scalable systems and AI. His career spans academia, startup entrepreneurship, and enterprise leadership, including roles at ETH Zurich, Imperial College London, and PwC. At Futurae, he focuses on bridging advanced research with practical engineering, while mentoring teams to grow through learning and shared purpose.

Steivan Pitsch leads Futurae’s operational backbone, overseeing Finance, HR, and Compliance. With a background in Fintech and a degree in Finance and Controlling, he brings structure and scalability to the company’s rapid growth.
